Bozen

Bozen is the capital town of South Tyrol, 265m above the sea level on the southern side of the Alps and at the confluence of the rivers, the Eisack, the Talfer and the Etsch. The town is surrounded by mountains and offers an awesome view of Rosengarten and Schlern. Bozen has got 102.000 inhabitants, 25% of them speak German, 74% speak Italian and 1% speaks Ladin. It's the commercial administrative and cultural center of the province.

Bozen’s main attractions are the medieval centre with the cathedral and Walther Square, which is the most important square, and the Arcades.
