Die Bulimie ist eine
Essstörung, von der vorwiegend Mädchen betroffen sind.
Sie haben häufig Fressanfälle und erbrechen dann wiederum alles,
dies gibt ihnen nämlich ein Gefühl von innerer Sauberkeit.
Da diese Patienten sehr depressiv wirken stützt sich die Behandlung
vorallem auf antidepressiven Medikamenten, deutlich hervorzuheben sind
auch die Familientherapie und die Selbsthilfegruppen.
Die genauen Ursachen sind noch nicht bekannt, jedoch wurden mögliche
Gründe angeführt.
Bulimiker weisen häufig ein selbstzerstörerisches Verhalten
auf.

Hanno frequenti attacchi di cibo. Dopo aver mangiato vanno a vomitare,
perché con questo atteggiamento si sentano pulite dentro.
Questi amalati sono molto depressivi e per questo devono fare una cura
con medicine antidepressive. Molto importanti sono anche le terapie con
i gruppi che si specificano sulle iniziative personali.
Non esistono cause precise ma esistono cause possibili.
Le persone bulimiche hanno l`intensione di distruggere il proprio corpo.
Bulimia

disorder, which is mainly suffered of by girls. Eating attacks become
very frequent and then they immediately go to throw up forcebly. This
gives them a feeling of cleanliness. The patients tend to be depressive,
therefore they often get antidepressive medicine. Very important are also
the therapie with the family and the self- help- groups. The exact reasons
for this illness are not yet clear, but there exist possible reasons.
Bulimicas often show a self-destructive behaviour.
